Technical facilities of lecture halls: workstations, Pentium Core I5 3.2 Gz RAM, 20 GB, RAID 0, 2x1TB monitor 17 “connected in 100 MB/s network, LCD monitors 17 inch, projector, projection screen, multimedia, black/white board, each participant in a course/seminar benefiting from individual workstation-natural lighting with possibility of darkening (adjustable blinds system) in order to achieve the optimum conditions of videoproiectii-air conditioning-internet access-leased line 2 Gb/s.
Additional facilities available upon request:
- access free local phone and Fax Management Pro;
- lunch, coffee/tea, water dispenser at breaks;
- staff available for Setup and technical support, including setup of services according to your demands halls
- EP, 7 days a week.
Prices are negotiable depending on the capacity of the halls and reserved period, being from 125 euros/day + VAT (for the Hall with a capacity of 13 seats) and 150 Euro per day (for the Hall with a capacity of 17 seats).
Discount Levels: ·
- 10% for a period of 5 consecutive days rental
- 15% for a rental period of 10 consecutive days
- 20% for a rental period of 15 consecutive days
