The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. It is now being adopted and used globally, by organisations in the public and private sectors, as the defacto standard for best practice in the provision of IT Service. Version 3 is a major update of this important standard.
This exam is already open for registration and delivery at your test centre.
