Blended LearningBlended learning is an advanced learning system, highly flexible, developed with the purpose of offering to each participant a high level of technical knowledge. The system is based on new methods of study, including classroom based learning, individual study and online study. The system is different to the classical approach through utilization of innovative supplemental materials and utilization of a model adapted to the fast life rhythm of IT professionals . The curriculum is similar to the official MOC courses with the major difference that both the student and the instructor prepare additionally for the class days.
Before the class day, the student will encounter a mandatory individual study preparation phase. This phase is followed by a auto evaluation test that is automatically sent to the instructor. The instructor can prepare the training day with focus on the areas that require special attention.
The course curriculum is divided in 4-5 training weeks and during a week the student can encounter both a period of individual study and one of interaction in classroom together with a MCT certified trainer. During the study period the student can learn in it’s own rhythm and apply in its own organization the examples and concepts offered by the trainer. The student can contact the trainer, can evaluate itself and can apply in a virtual environment all the concepts of the course.
Each training week is ending with a practice day with trainer assistance in PROMANAGEMENT’s laboratory, focused on hands-on applications, examples, study cases and Q&A sessions. The student, assisted by the trainer can test in a real environment the facilities presented in the class and can discuss problems encountered during the individual study or current activity from the company where is currently employed.
