- Bachelors degree in IT field
- At least two year experience in the field of network administration or software development
- A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003 platforms including services like WINS, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory experience
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Preferred knowledge MCSA/MCSE/MCDBA/MCSD/MCITP certifications equivalence
- Proven track preparing for a Microsoft Official Certifications is a BIG advantage

Microsoft Trainer
The Microsoft Trainer will primarily provide training in our office in Bucharest, but will also be available to present training programs at customer premises. Major responsibilities will include presenting a variety of technical training courses to our growing corporate customers using a wide range of delivery methods, developing materials and lesson plans for new and existing customers. The successful candidate should be comfortable in evolving to one of the following competence areas MCSA/MCSE/MCDBA/MCSD/MCITP
